Who is responsible

What we collect

Your email, shop name, city, the page language and the date and time you gave consent. Briefly, also your IP address: we use it to limit repeated sign-ups and protect the form from abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to send you, by email, commercial information about the claro.flores launch and the early-access offer (30% off the subscription for the first 12 months), and to contact your shop about early access. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which also covers receiving commercial information by email (Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law).

Is giving the data required?

It is voluntary, but the email, shop name and city are needed to sign up: without them we cannot accept the sign-up. We use the shop name and city to prepare the offer and the launch for your shop.

How long we keep it

At most 24 months from the day you sign up. Earlier if you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data — then we delete it without undue delay.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing and its transfer (data portability). You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Write to privacy@claro-flores.com.

Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO) in Poland.

Who processes the data

Our hosting and database provider, Railway Corporation (USA), acting as our processor. The data is stored on servers in the European Union. If Railway accesses it from outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission in Railway's data processing agreement. We are notified of a new sign-up through Telegram, but the notification contains only the number of sign-ups — none of your data. Messages you send to privacy@claro-flores.com are received through our email provider, Resend, Inc. (USA), acting as our processor, on servers in the European Union (Ireland), with the same safeguards for any access from outside the EEA.

Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile you.
